He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. "Aire Serve Lake Worth TX did a phenomenal job servicing our gas furnace during the freeze 1/26/26. I called at 9am Monday and scheduled an appointment for between 10am and 2pm. They notified me when tech was in route and arrived at 10am. Tech Chandler Smith was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. After some troubleshooting, he was able to restore the system and get us the much-needed heat turned back on. I absolutely recommend their service.
