"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

Joe (the son) came out the next day and knew exactly what was wrong with our "vintage" 6-burner Viking cooktop (4 of the burners would not ignite). "Saturday afternoon and I realized my home was not cool. The thermostat was 83 and climbing. I was able to contact A-Anderson HVAC and electrical. They were at my house in less than an hour and less than an hour later my AC was cooling. Dylan stayed long enough to check the air temperature coming out of the vents. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable . Everyone from phone to personal service was great. The price was also in my expected range. I highly recommend this company."
