"After moving into our new home the only thing lacking was a back patio that was adequate to sit and bar-b-que on. The original patio had a sun room addition built over the patio which only left a patio of 3' by 11'. Out of all the estimates we received, American Custom Hardscapes was the most reasonable. And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. "In 2016, we hired American Deck to lay a flagstone patio, put up a new wooden fence, and build a small deck/staircase from the back of our house. They did a fantastic job, and we've been enjoying it ever since. After a few winters of freeze and thaw -- as well as misguided power washing on my part -- the polymeric sand that fills the joints between the flagstones required repair. I contacted Steve Schultze, our original project manager, to ask what could be done, and he had a crew out within a week to make the needed repair. The patio looks as good as new, and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. I'd absolutely do business with them again, given how well they treat customers even after a project is done."
