When the serviceman, Ezra, determined that there was a hole in the pipe leading to the well as well as a 20+ year old pump, he gave us several options as to how to address the problem from simply replacing the pipe, to replacing the pump and the pipe, to capping the well  and hooking up to city water, each with its pluses and minuses.When he replaced the pump he decided to pull it from the ground by hand rather than driving his truck over the lawn Wow! He seemed to have more respect for our needs than his own! I would use this company again for any service that they perform and would definitely recommend them to others. They are great!"

"The workers were very experienced and friendly. Cleaned up everything Done in a timely fashion. The only problem was that they do not do the entire bathroom. They only do what is called the wet part. So the tub was taken out and the walls around the tub were taken down to the studs. But the ceiling over that area was not done. So it is hard to find a company that will finish the work because they do not want to ruin the shower doors. No one wants to do just the medicine cabinet and light and sink and toilet. The gentleman that wrote up the order said that it wouldn’t be difficult to find someone to finish the job. That was misleading because it is difficult."
