And I was amazed with how he cleaned the white trim on my enclosed patio; I thought I was going to have to have it repainted but it looks almost new after the cleaning. I would have given a 5 star rating except that Chris missed the initial estimating appointment and left a small lake of water on my enclosed patio. In the future, maybe Chris should have a ShopVac with him to clean up excess water. I would highly recommend Chris and hire him again."

Also checked the R22 level, had to put a lb in and then checked the output of cold air. It was perfect. Told me the approximate age of unit and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended."
