"I’m on the board of a non profit in Madison. We have four homes in the community that support adults with developmental disabilities. Josh has done a number of jobs for us. - Bathroom remodel which included a walk in shower -Researched and installed a house entry ramp -Assessed and remedied a drainage problem and repaired the drywall, molding, etc. on the interior Josh has been available on an on call basis when situations come up at our houses. We know we are very fortunate to have connected with him. Josh is personable, resourceful and efficient. He listens to the needs we have, is considerate of the residents and is very reasonable.
