"They did a fantastic job with the installation, and even installed a WiFi-based thermostat that increased the efficiency of the fan and dehumidification capabilities of the new system. We did call around to get quotes/bids and pretty much all the shops in town wanted to charge about the same so we feel the price was very reasonable."

"The inspection turned into a new furnace and air conditioner. I decided to take advantage of their special of $1000 off if you replace both. Mine were old enough so that I decided to replace rather than repair. Technicians were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional."

Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
