"We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. Would definitely recommend the top bro’s for any project you need done you won’t be disappointed. Will be using them of all of my projects in the future!"

"We had him replace out door from the garage to our house. Excellent work. It was done in a timely manner and the cost was so reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Weâ ll probably hire him for other work around our house."

"The whole process was easy and the results were fantastic. Great pricing. And excellent quality."

"I am so grateful to have had such an excellent contractor. A basement remodel in a 1920s home is always going to have surprises and puzzles to solve. Mike took on the challenge, made awkward spaces more comfortable, and added a bathroom where there was none. He communicated carefully every step of the way, and offered options and great suggestions. His tile work is beautiful and he pays attention to details. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike."

"it was an informational visit to see If my idea was possible, to see the fireplaces and check the price."

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."

"About two years ago, the KBS team (including Alberto and Elizabeth) completed a remodel of our house to accommodate a family member with disabilities. They were fantastic: excellent communication, attention to detail, recommendations and project coordination. Super responsive and friendly, too! We are so happy with the results and had a really positive experience in the planning and remodel itself."

"We had VM contracting do the roof on our home a couple years ago and the work was stellar! When we needed the windows replaced we had Mr. Vinney come back for this job. 10 windows and a large bay window. The work, once again, was very well done! Very competitive pricing and on time completion. We will use them in the next year or so when we we do the siding our home! Highly recommended!"

"At the end of the inspection I was positive that I was not going to use him. He gave me like a huge laundry list of things that needed to be done. After he was finished he said that it would cost me $15000. There was no way all of this going be $15000. It was like these little things he tarried about because he wanted to get paid as the coupons were so cheap. He had no suggestions about minimum cost. The thing about him was he did not give us any options, everything he gave was for us to do things. There are always levels of priority and I did not get anything at all from him."

"It was excellent. Their communication was good. The expectation was met. They got it done on time. They have good quality. I was the happiest I could be. I just referred him to a friend today."
