"The yearly service agreement I have for inspection of my furnace and central air was a great investment. Jim a furnace tech arrived today on time per great communication with him and his office. The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Kettle moraine as over the years we have had them replace the furnace and also our central air. Every experience has been a pleasure and without one complaint."

"My air-conditioner is quite old and I was concerned about it maybe needing replacement.  But the service man checked and cleaned all the necessary parts.  I was happy with the results especially when I was told to that the air-conditioner would not need to be replaced.

"The inspection turned into a new furnace and air conditioner. I decided to take advantage of their special of $1000 off if you replace both. Mine were old enough so that I decided to replace rather than repair. Technicians were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional."
