We are so happy with the work Brett and others on his team did to help restore our older home after a flashing leak. He did a great job repairing ceiling and walls in bedroom, built a closet and closet organizer, and painted amongst other odds 'n ends. But even more than that was the knowledge and willingness to help us get our home healthy and safe. He helped us identify and solve insulation issues in the attic. Very knowledgeable and super happy we found them.

Brett Hulsey is relentless in pursuit of the underlying cause of why frames don't fit, why the ceiling leaks, etc. I had a particularly vexing problem and over a two-month period, and three or four attempts to fix leaks, he solved it. He never gave up.

Brett was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to finish a basement. He provides an experienced voice in crafting a vision for an open space.

We needed an emergency repair in the dead of winter. Brett came out the day after we made contact, made the repairs with a calm, low key attitude, charged half of what two other companies had quoted and went out of his way to make sure we understood what was being done, why and what options we had. I could not be happier with the work, communication or attitude.
