The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

We used them in the past (2014) and their technician Ramon did an excellent job. We had a different technician named Thomas this time. He was very friendly, helpful, and kept us informed on what all needed to be done to correct the issue. New spring, attached cables, and installed some silicone rollers (It makes the door so much quieter) and he was in and out in 45 minutes. The price was great also!! I highly recommend O'Brien Garage Doors."
