It went very well! Ramon was the technician. He was prompt, worked efficiently, and took time to explain what he was doing and why. He also took the time to sync my garage door opener to my car...which I really appreciated. As we talked I discovered he worked for this company in Texas. I called my brother who lives in Fort Worth and found out that he used the same exact company for his garage service. He spoke highly of them as I had done to him. I would highly recommend them.

The door had come off its tracks - and we called them for help. (They are listed in our Angie's magazine - which we always use). They came promptly, inspected the door, then went over what would be done and the costs  involved. They recommended a couple of options which were quite reasonable, did the work promptly... very professional.... showeed us the parts that had to be replaced and gave us a wlak through on maintanence with recommendations of frequency: that was vey helpful aas now we know how to maintain the doors. 
We were very pleased with the work and the information provided. They arrived when they said they would and they also had everything needed to make the repairs.

The 2 technicians were courteous and competent. They quickly identified that issue with the opener and replaced the defective component with no pressure to replace the opener with a new one. Overall I was very happy with the services performed.

They were great. They came very quickly and took care of things quickly, really nice guy. It's been working well for two years.

They were a bit expensive, but they did a good job. The system works fine.

It was not good. They quoted me one price and then it came back considerably more. I was home and there was no checking; they just automatically did it. Nothing like that had been mentioned. I was not happy with them and I would never have them back again. It wasn't a gigantic amount of money. I had to have work done again the following year.

The company was ok, but one of its workers overcharged me. He actually wanted to come back and do the job on his own instead for the company. I think he overcharged me on that. The service was alright, but the door still makes a lot of noise.

The service was fine. But they delayed the appointment and messed up my day.

The were very professional and on time. They did a good job.

Initially it went ok. However, upcharges without prior notification were not appreciated . Tune up of $50 plus rollers of $150 (approved). Check written out for full amount of $200, then informed (bracket adjustment of $50). Paid full amount of $250. Then garage door wouldn't close due to sensor malfunction. Scheduled service within 30 day warranty. Promised a 12 -2 pm window, called that it would be later, 2-4 pm (good, no problem). Ultimately, a 5:30 call, still okay with the delay given cold weather. Technician said sensor not covered by warranty though receipt indicates safety reversal and door reversal proper. Was advised another service call  charge and further charges would follow. Do not use this company, great on phone and in person but apparently they thrive on upcharges. Choose a company that quotes one price and backs it up.
