Andy and his guy Shay( I hope I spelled your name right bro) were a top not crew efficient and knowledgeable Andy was courteous and answered all my questions, he was detailed oriented I asked for their card being that we're in the remodeling business it's always good to have a great company contact Thanks again fellas!

I needed immediate repairs done when my door broke late at night. They came out the next morning. I was given options for repairs and pricing for each. The work was done quickly and professionally. The door is working great. I recommend this company to everyone.

My garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. I tried calling places and when I called Garage Door Repair, someone quickly answered, took my information and said a technician would be there between 3 and 5 p.m. Alex showed up shortly after 5, took a look at the broken door, explained exactly what would be needed and also gave me some options. He quickly did the repairs and got my garage door working again. He was very professional and I was quite impressed with the service I received from this company and would definitely recommend them.

The replacement was great, the team arrived per the time window we agreed to, the replacement took ~ 1.5hrs, and they cleaned up once complete taking the old door away.

Kyle came out about 15 minutes early in -11 degree weather and promptly replaced the a gear and drive train and replaced the rollers. We asked if we needed to replace the whole opener, and he said no, which saved is money. He was fast and honest and even refused an offer of a cup of coffee.

WOW!!! Unusual and immediate response to my phone call. Sam carefully and impressively gave my garage door the once-over creating a well functioning, quiet, and stable 17 year old door. He persevered on a technical problem efficiently finding an answer then programming the connection between the garage door and my car. He is creative, deliberate, innovative, self-motivated, positive, and knowledgeable. I will use him in the future and share his name with friends and relatives.

They advised me on the needed repair, gave me some options. They were prompt, did the work quickly and correctly. I needed a handle and lock put in (I don't have an opener and don't have a service door.) That cost an extra $99,

Very professional and friendly. Scheduled at our convenience for both the quote and the actual install. Also very speedy! Our garage door was falling apart (support cable frayed badly, etc) and we had a new one within the week. We also used these guys to replace a broken spring on the door at our old house and were impressed with them then as well.

My experience with Garage Door Repair Company was outstanding!! I initially filled out their contact form online and received a phone call not even 5 minutes later. They were able to work around my busy schedule to come out an repair my door that very same day. I was not charged extra for it being a same day or evening appointment. Alex was my technician and the he quickly determined what was wrong with the door as well as pointed out a few things to help with preventative maintenance.
