The technician pulled a roller off the door; then told me all the rollers were bad. He wanted to replace them for $150. I asked him if he checked the other rollers; he said no. The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either.

Tune up went okay, but tech said the garage door rollers were bad & needed to be replaced for over $300. If not, door would soon stop opening. Almost four years later and rollers are still working fine. BTW, a competitor, Texas Overhead Door, replaces rollers for $85 (if needed).

Extremely well ! The folks in the office were nice to talk with and answered all my questions in a good and professional manner. They give a "narrow" window on a day to accommodate the customer and call about 30 minutes in advance of arrival. The best part of the experience was with the technician. His name is Justin and he is not only knowledgeable,helpful and efficient but perhaps the nicest, friendliest and courteous person who has ever done work for me !! We live in Arlington Heights, IL and he was from the local branch that services our area.
