Shannon and his team/subcontractors were friendly, professional, timely and always provided quick responses. The costs were as per the estimate provided, and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe, with not a single surprise throughout the process. I would recommend and use them again in a heartbeat.

Poor craftsmanship. Was NOT done on time for store opening. Very messy. No returned phone calls. Subcontractors (cabinet maker and electrician) were also horrible. Asked us to pick up things at Menards for the job.

Shannon is incredible!   We removed an old brick patio and needed to have the sand and gravel underneath the old patio removed and graded away from the house.  We needed a wood deck installed over the site of the old patio. I called Shannon from Manstrong and he came to give me an estimate that very afternoon.  His bid was lower than anyone else's and we chose him to complete the project.  He started the project the very next week. The work was outstanding.  Shannon not only built us a perfect deck...he also fixed our downspout to drain properly, as well as seeded and mulched the yard where the the bobcat made tracks in the grass.  The work was flawless and punctual.  Shannon is professional and has integrity.  We will be calling him in the future and will be recommending him to friends.

Roof still not repaired and when they arent blaming others for the damage they are showing up randomly at my house (when I may or may not be home) to go crawling around up on my roof.

They charged us about $6600 for their services. They did good work. It was a good performance all around. We would definitely use their services in the future too.
