"We had our house inspected and found an old mouse nest in one of the electrical panels. The buyers wanted it looked at to make sure no wires were cut or bad. The service guy came was able to come out 2 days after we called. He looked over the box, made a few wires cuts, and plugged the access holes in the bottom of the box so that no more rodents could enter. He also checked out our bathroom light to make sure it was code (we have crazy buyers) without any charge. All in all, he was quick and inexpensive.
