The service guy came was able to come out 2 days after we called. He looked over the box, made a few wires cuts, and plugged the access holes in the bottom of the box so that no more rodents could enter. He also checked out our bathroom light to make sure it was code (we have crazy buyers) without any charge. All in all, he was quick and inexpensive.
