"Sent an email on a Sunday evening and they came out Monday and gave an estimate. Ben and Levi both got on the roof for the inspection. Took pictures, came down (actually went back up to match shingles) and walked me through the issues and then provided an explanation for their estimate. Not pushy and easy to talk to. Listened to my concerns and questions. 2 days later roof was fixed. Provided pictures before, during and after work. Made what was a stressful situation into an easy fix! "I saw their notice regarding free estimate for attic insulation at the  Home/Garden show.  I left my information and they contacted me about a week or two later.  We scheduled an appointment.   Jason came out and inspected everything, we discussed options and he gave me estimates for both.  I was going to be out of town for a while and he said he would extend the home show discount until after i got back.  I scheduled the installation with Tina - she checked back with me (both email and phone).   John and Nick showed up a little late on the install day, as their previous job ran longer than expected.  Both Nick and John were very professional and personable.  They explained what they were going to do and let me view the work in progress, as i was curious.  They answered all my questions and did a great job in cleanup - even vacuuming the grass :).   I am pleased with the work and am looking forward to the savings the added insulation will provide."
