Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

They cleaned up everyday, and left the entire area spotless when the job was done. Ted answered all of our questions, wrote up several different quotes we asked for, and gave great professional advice to help us land on our final design. We will 100% be using this company again in the future, they did great work, had a friendly and fast crew, and they were super nice to our 2 year old boys who were just fascinated with the construction.
