- Mad City Windows & BathsWe had a master bathroom shower installed and had our original jacuzzi tub removed. Mad City also replaced one of our bedroom windows. The original window was not installed properly when our house was built in 2004. For the past 8 yrs we have owned our house, that room has always stayed cold. The new window is great. That room is no longer cold and hasn't been since they replaced it. Our shower is nice and big. We love the shower. The only issue we had with our purchase was the initial scheduling. It took 3 mos, after the contract was signed, to finally get our work done. I was pretty upset by this, but the boss (Mike, I believe) made sure that we were given priority for our installation date. They got in on time, with that date, and they were all nice and professional. They cleaned up their mess, and they even returned to fix a piece of wood trim that was damaged during the installation. They replaced and installed a new piece of trim. We were very pleased and love our shower and window. We would use them again and would recommend them. JOB NUMBER 28147364MK.

- BIG DAVE'S SERVICESDave, along with Granite Plus was hired to renovate our kitchen counter. Dave's job was to cut down the counter from bar height to counter height. Expertise in carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing and electrical was necessary. Dave coordinated these specialties along with the Granite Plus folks such that the entire project was completed on schedule and without issues. While dust was a given during the project, Dave sealed off the kitchen in a floor to ceiling plastic room and utilized an air purifier to nearly eliminate the spread of dust. Each night his crew "Swiffered" the kitchen clean. Our old sink & plumbing was functional but for only one day! Then, promptly after Granite Plus installed the new quartz countertop, Dave's guys returned to install the new sink, etc. All was seamless! Dave and his crew did such an impressive job, I hired him thereafter to change out 2 ceiling fans, 3 ceiling lights and retrofit the kitchen cabinet drawers & doors with soft closure hardware. Upcoming, Dave has been hired again to perform additional plumbing and electrical work in our condo. You can depend on Dave

"Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. "Excellent work. I called on a Sunday and they answered. I asked if he could come out Monday and he told me he could come early afternoon. He arrived early, about 11:15 a.m., diagnosed the problem and replaced the spigot. I also had extremely low flow in the bathroom sink faucet and asked if he could look at it. Even though he had another call to get to, he took the time to replace the aerator, which was cross threaded and I had been unable to get it off myself. All told, he was here about 1-1/4 hours and the total price was reasonable. I would hire him again.

"Mad city did a wonderful job! I just had a baby (like within a few days of the quote) and the sales guy (Zach) was very understanding and receptive, especially given that I forgot about the appointment and it was valentines day. Zach was very thorough and accomodating. He did not hover and allowed my husband and I come to a decision without pressure.
When it came to instalation it was very quick and painless. They gave us a leadtime of 12-16 weeks, but I believe they came even faster than that (maybe 10 weeks). All the windows are custom built so it's priced by window installed (with the exception of the large casing window we have in the kitchen), which worked out well for us because - literally - none of our windows were standard.
I noticed a scratch on my window in the kitchen, called my local office and had it taken care of the same day. It was a very painless process to have the window replaced (they come with lifetime warranties). Since the window is custom made, they couldn't come fix it immediately, but things happen in construction and it's being fixed. That's what matters.
I will say they're a little higher on the price scale, however, they are worth the product. Our energy bill has dropped by at least $100, our house is much quiter, there's anti burglary steps on the inside of the window (a plastic tab that stops the window from being opended higher). That way I can keep my windows open for fresh air without worrying about people - or my dogs - to push them open.
