I hired MH Renovations this summer to add a bedroom over a two-story foyer. The job required significant framing work, adding a window, external brickwork, drywall installation, and an electric circuit. Matt provided me with a detailed proposal, which was the least invasive in the existing building structure and had reasonable pricing compared to the others. He also agreed I'd do the finishing jobs, which saved me some good money. He and his team did an amazing job in record time, respecting my schedule and property. The workspace was kept tidy, so there was minimal disruption in our everyday living conditions. Matt is a great communicator; he made sure I was informed of what and when was to be done next, and he coordinated his work with other subcontractors and village inspectors. Matt is a very respectful and kind person, and it was a real pleasure to work with him and his team!

We used MH Renovations this past spring to perform a complete remodel of our kitchen and to get a new roof and gutters installed and they did an awesome job! Matt was very responsive, transparent with estimates, provided regular updates on progress including pictures, and was flexible with incorporating modifications on the fly. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule and turned out even better than we had expected. Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product.

Customer service is number one for this team. Matt and his crew are courteous, on time, quick with follow through, flexible and answer any questions or concerns promptly. Honestly, they make you feel like you are the only ones they are working for when they are in your home. (Also good with pets and children.) This is our third project using them, and we don't even consider any other business for renovations anymore.

Matt and his team were wonderful. Extremely professional, quick to respond and was really detail oriented. He didn't nickle & dime us for additional work and helped us save where we could. The quality of the workmanship is solid. We had a full kitchen, bath gut remodel plus new flooring, full paint and he got rid of the popcorny ceiling. He was also able to address some poor work done by previous people. Would absolutely recommend and hire Matt and his team again for more projects!

We are very pleased with the product and the work that was done in replacing all of our windows as well as our patio door. The crew did a tremendous job and treated our home as if was their own. The new windows look great and operate like a charm. The patio door opens and closes as smooth as silk! Wish that we would had done this project sooner after putting up with the poor condition of our old windows and patio door.
