Bill Reneau Painting

Excellent. This was our 2nd time using Bill. First was for our dining room that had bubbling paint after we tried to DIY remove wallpaper. This project was painting both concrete walls with moisture issues as well as dry-walled areas of the basement. So quick, clean and clear communicator.

Bill was very punctual and he knows a lot about what type of paint to use and how it will look on the walls and ceiling and could advise us even as to the color to use. His paint job was very neat and clean. He cleaned up after the job was done and moved the furniture back into place. He was very friendly and professional.

It went beautifully! Mr. Reneau did a great job on everything I asked him to paint, and I would definitely hire him again. Not only did he provide quality work, but he responded quickly, stayed in touch between projects regarding scheduling of the work, and was polite and respectful of my home. Additionally, his prices were fair and reasonable. I am totally pleased! Thank you, Mr. Reneau!

This is the 6th job Bill has done for me and, as always, it's perfect! He chipped off puckered plaster (sheet rock), filled, and painted with color, plus primed and painted the water-stained ceiling. Won't use anyone else!

Punctual, reliable, exceptional work

Had discussed future work with Bill, after completion of 1st job, last fall. Bill was able to fit me into his schedule promptly. He made needed repairs to damage prior to painting and also went back and made some repairs to room he had painted before, when normal settling of home caused crack to reappear...As before, I was delighted with Bill’s work!

Bill again did a great job for us. We’ve hired him to paint for us many times. He’s extremely punctual. His painting is impeccable. He works very efficiently and completes the job always on time as promised. His estimates are always reasonable. We would absolutely hire him again.

Everything went well. Bill's a great guy and experienced painter. He painted our basement, front door, and some trim around the house. He showed up on time every day and was great to work with. Will definitely hire again soon.

Bill was able to come a give me a quote on the job very soon after we first spoke. His work schedule is a bit unorthodox, but he explains it fully. Either it works for you, or it doesn't, but he's upfront and sticks to what he's told you. He'll arrive by 8 am, but he's cleaned up and out of your home by 3 pm at the latest. He's chatty, accuratein terms of how long it will take him to do the job, so that's ok. (Several times in the past, I've had workmen far exceed the time they said the job would take, and have thought perhaps they should talk less...) Bill is such perfectionist, that he has spoiled me, as far as being satisfied with anyone else's job, especially my own. He knows his stuff, in terms of paint selection, and he does the job right. For example, my fifty some year old home has windows with detailed trim and mullions between window panes. He removed the mullions and painted them...the trim was a pain in the neck, but he did a beautiful job. He's very neat and tidy, and is conscientious about leaving your home in a condition that will not interfere with life before he returns. He's not inexpensive, but he's reasonable, and for the quality of his work, it's well worth it.

On the phone and in person, Bill was very nice and pleasant. His prices are fair and he does excellent work. We were so happy with the work we had done we added two other areas to have painted while he was there. We needed it painted asap and he came over on the weekend to stick to our schedule since we needed our basement back since we used the bedrooms for our kids who were sleeping on the couch upstairs. I will not need to ever find another interior painter because I will use Bill from now on.

The finished work is just what I hoped for. Bill gave me a price that was much lower than another bid. He showed up on time, covered the furniture, primed a few water spots on the ceiling and did a professional painting job. He even patched a small area first before painting it. Bill is personable, reliable and trust-worthy. This is the second time I hired him to paint in my house and the only person I will ever use in the future.

We have been working with Bill for 10 years now. He has painted almost every room in our house now and we have always been very impressed with job He has done. Very professional, punctual and great pricing. Another great job!

Bill was always on time, communicated frequently and charged a fair price. He had to remove some wallpaper and paint 1940 corner cabinets with a lot of detail. He took a lot of care with old woodwork, repaired a bay window with deep dog scratches, and gave our painting the kind of care my husband would if he had the time. Bill got the job done on time and even offered to paint additional areas that needed attention, but weren't in the original bid. I'm thrilled with the finished work!

Bill is very punctual, professional and experienced painter. Bill was very patient and listened to what I wanted done and worked with me on my schedule. Bill was very clean and neat and it was like he was never here! His work is top notch! I would hire again, any day!

As always, Bill did a great job for us. Our half bath was quite a challenge due to the previous color, and Bill did a great job in a small space and we're very pleased with the results. The pantry was a tight space as well with shelving, and Bill did a wonderful job.

Bill is extremely punctual and dependable. He does excellent work. We've hired him 4-5 times to paint in our home and are always so very pleased with the results.

Very good--he was on time as agreed upon, covered everything and cleaned up thoroughly. Even pointed out some drywall repair that I had done first.

Bill did a great job with removing the wallpaper, fixing the dry wall and repainting my great room. He was very responsive and got everything completed within a week of my first inquiry! He kept me up to date on the progress throughout the whole process. My in-laws (who were in and out working on the house as well) couldn't speak more highly of him! I will definitely hire him again for any painting needs.

bill quoted a cost and for job. arrived on time and did an great job!!!!! he also fixed a spot on wall,plus cleaned up his jobsite. was very helpful with suggestions for paint colors & shades. would highly recommend to everyone!!!!!!

Bill arrived on time every day and did a great job. He fixed an issue in our entryway without being asked and also repainted some of our foot trim that was in need of repair. We'll definitely hire him again in the future.

I can trust Bill to tell me the correct color for walls when he is asked. I was hesitent about the color that I asked him to suggest, but I'm really glad I went with it as the room now looks beautiful.

This is the second time we've used Bill to do some painting for us. The price was very good and when I called him he said it would be about five weeks before he could come do the work. He kept in touch and kept us updated with his schedule. When he came to do the work he arrived on time (even a little early), was very friendly and got right to work. The work he did looks great. He discussed any issues he came across with the walls and even partially repainted one of the bathrooms for us free of charge because we were having issues with the paint. He did a nice job and we would definitely use him again. 

An old galvanized pipe was leaking behind a wall in my living room in my 93 year old house. I decided to replace all the old pipes in the process as well as upgrade the old knob and tube wiring. This resulted in multiple holes in my plaster walls and ceilings throughout the house which had to be patched and painted. Bill was the last phase of the project as the painter. Scheduling with multiple contractors extended the job several times. Bill was very accommodating and was wonderful about keeping in touch with me about the timing of the job. He was able to start painting right after the drywall work was completed. He was on time each day, kept my house clean, and completed the job quickly. He is polite and considerate, and I truly appreciated how well he kept in touch with me along the way about fitting in with my schedule. After 4 months of dealing with other contractors who were much less considerate, Bill was a welcome contrast. His pricing is fair and very reasonable. I will use him for all future painting in my house!
