Excellent!!!

Dustin and Scott did a great job snaking out 200’ of my 6” dia drainage pipe. They were prompt and worked quickly. I’ll certainly keep them in mind for any type of plumbing repair.

Everything goes as planned every time! Prompt always...courteous always. Mike was the 1st contact as an installer...therefore I ask for him every time if possible. Never a reason for a call back as work is performed right the 1st time.

We had a drain froze on our washer and we were told repair would be 1-3 pm and Mike arrived at 12:30 pm and finished the thaw out by 12:50pm. Cleaned up and charged a service call only. Spectacular punctuality and ask for Mike to great service.

I really appreciate that the least expensive option for fixing was recommended vs just telling us to replace the toilet (which would have forced other changes to the bathroom due to existing layout). The only negative I can come up with was needing to wait a few days for the appointment. I'm guessing if I had an emergency (my leak was slow and intermittent) the appointment would have moved further up the list. I will definitely call JJ's back for any other plumbing issues.

Very well and the man was very polite. Would definitely hire again in future. Reasonably priced and had no "shady character" vibes at all!

It went very well and was quick. There was a slight leak with the valve installation but they came back the next morning to patch it up. This was the second service that I had done with JJ's and I would definitively use them again.

Showed up in time slot quoted and performed the requested maintenance.  Went fairly quickly.  Resident also requested service person to look at a few other things and he willingly did so.  Fixed them as best he could (not all parts available any longer) and gave options for further maintenance.  Resident purchased a replacement for one item and service person was able to return to complete that install.  Very accommodating and polite.
Company took care of getting proper permit from village and scheduling water shut-off with village.
Prices as quoted.
Would definitely use them again!

Very happy with the work.  Called at 8:30 AM and he arrived to do the work at 11:00 AM the same day.  We had one drain in the kitchen sink that was completely blocked and I had been unable to open it myself using a snake.  He came and opened the drain.  While he was here we asked him to snake two other drains that were running slow.  He was happy to do that and got the job done quickly and well.

Excellent service.  Arrived on time and inspected the pipe by cutting 2 small holes in the kitchen ceiling.  The entire pipe was cracked so came back the next day and replaced 7 ft of pipe and several pipe elbows.  Also hooked up an air vent for my dishwasher.  Cleaned up after completing the job.  I  have used JJ's previously to replace 3 toilets and hook up three new sinks.  Always on time and anyways does an excellent job not matter which plumber they send.
