- Penguin PoolsI contacted the provider on a Saturday and described the situation we were having with our pool chemical levels. The provider walked me through what needed to be done and what service they could provide. After I agreed to what they were suggesting, they came to the house 2 days later. They tested the pool water for chemical levels and other things in the water that could cause problems. After determining what needed to be done, I was contacted on the phone, was told the situation and was given the recommendation. I gave the verbal ok on the phone to proceed with the recommendation. I was called again after the chemicals and suggestions were carried out. I was given all of the details and was also told what I needed to continue doing in order to ensure success. Everything worked very well and things were fixed to our satisfaction

The building process took a bit to get started as there was a wet spring, but the pool went in without any issues and was to our specifications. I didn't always know when people were going to show up but that didn't really bother me, it might bother some. They were responsive to things I pointed out or had questions on. A solar cover was mis sized by the manufacturer and they had that taken care of quickly. The foreman did a good job as well. They communicated well about the various equipment and instructed me on how to use it. Have had no issues with the pool. They closed the pool for me in the winter and did a good job instructing me on the steps to close it

Our area has clay soils and a lot of ground water. They graded the area and installed a sump pump underneath for water diversion during wet periods. "Do ask Jason to measure your pool before ordering the liner. We bought the house with the pool and didn't know the exact size. On the day of installation, he measured and realized we had an odd size 28 foot pool that required a special order liner. This extended the time another couple of weeks. Jason and his team did a fantastic job installing the new liner, putting the pool back together and re-connecting the skimmer and return line. He was responsive to my many inquiries in a timely manner and charged me the agreed upon price.
