I can't speak highly enough about him. He's very neat, cleaned up after himself. He took old the old water heater and 2 old toilets with him. He did great a cleaned up.

It went very well. I am always satisfied with them and have been using them for the past 30 years.

Our kitchen sink disposal started to leak and caused a mess. I went out and bought the right replacement unit but remembered from past replacements that it was too heavy and awkward to do myself. We called Burton because we had used them long ago for plumbing work. They sent someone over and he arrived on schedule the next day. He was very efficient and knew what he was doing. He said others have had difficulty trying to do the same job themselves. I was satisfied with his work and the clean-up and testing he did afterwards. I was surprised at the relatively high cost given that the job took him less than 30 minutes to complete. In hindsight, I should have gotten an estimate in advance.

Service was very prompt and Micah was waiting for me when I got there. Work went real good and Micah is very professional, knows what he is doing, and very neat and nice. I have used Burton many times before and have no complaints about their work. The only thing I notice is no weekend hours.

They came in, installed things exactly when they said they would and the cost was what they said it would be. I am very happy with them. They were available to come out when most plumbers weren't. Others said they were busy and couldn't get to it for a couple of weeks yet I had no water.

They come out quickly. They are a family-run business, I've been using them for 5-6 years and have been very pleased.

Everything has been absolutely fine. I find their prices to be reasonable. The guy they send out to do the work is very nice and clean. He cleans up everything after himself. They sell very good products. They use good quality materials because they know it will last longer and work better, which I really like about them. They are top of the line. I haven't had any problems at all with my new toilet or faucet.

The plumber was polite and went right yo work in a very difficult position
and never complained.
When I asked about his opinion about how we could remodel the bathroom
and replace the tub with a shower stall he explained what could be done.

Their work is extremely well done in a neat and efficient manner. The tile crew even commented what a great job they did and were impressed. Knowing we were on a strict timeline they showed up and got to work right away. We have used them before and will use them again.

Dan Halliburton and his staff are outstanding professionals. They are always here on time, provide accurate and fair estimates, do excellent work and are courteous and easy to work with. All work they have done has been done correctly and we have not had to call them back or have any work corrected. They are neat (always wear booties or remove shoes when entering our home), and clean up after themselves. Dan has helped us pick out faucets when we have asked and has suggested different brands and price points. They did all the plumbing work on an addition of an in-law suite and the bathroom and laundry room turned out beautifully. Overall, we love the work that Burton Plumbing has done in our home. When we did the room addition for an ailing parent, we insisted that our builder use Burton Plumbing as the plumbing sub contractor. We will only use Burton Plumbing for any future plumbing in our home. We are very satisfied customers. The entire staff are very friendly and honest. I have always felt very comfortable having them in our home.

On time...quick accurate work..cleaned up and very reasonable cost. didn't even ask to be paid at the time and said they would send a bill.

He checked the old heater and informed us that it would have to be replaced. He explained what needed to be done an then asked if.this is what we wanted to do. The old water heater was leaking so needed attention. We called later in the evening last night and they were there right away the next morning. An excellant company to do business with.

This company was outstanding and I got a referral for it from a pastor at my church. I think the service was prompt, he did a wonderful job, he cleaned up after himself, and I would highly recommend him. You can’t go wrong with this guy. I find plumbers to be incredibly expensive and I found that there was no bargaining with him. I was fine with the price because I know that they have to charge a certain amount because of the plumber’s union.

Excellent company. Very quick, competive pricing, clean, great friendly workers. Made excellent suggestions and guided us for what we need and what we don't need.

The price was about $30, just for the house call. They were extremely professional and courteous, were really nice people, and were easy to work with. Whenever I had a problem with a fixture, somebody came and fixed it right away. They were very considerate. They never barged in, and were always very respectful that they were coming into somebody else’s house. The quality of work was outstanding. Somebody else had done a wrong thing by putting the granite sink in my powder room. The granite people had drilled it too far back and so the faucet was set too far back. So Burton Plumbing tried to do whatever they could to try to bring the faucet itself more forward, which was going beyond what was expected of them. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

Called Burton late in afternoon and they came out early the next morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Micah arrived on time. He was neat in appearance. He was competent and efficient and knew his craft. They sweep everything up and they show you the old parts so you can see how they broke or wore out. I've used Burton plumbing since I moved into my house in 1993 and the price has always been right. Whenever I call them I know the job will get done right. Every time I call they are able to get here usually the same day. I had some pipes replaced in the basement and the plumber did more than a standard residential job and rerouted pipes. During a service call the pilot light went out on our water heater and the gas company had done some sort of work outside our house that may have indirectly caused damage to our water heater. The plumber wrote a letter for us to include in a complaint against the company. The gas company resolved the situation by giving us the fair market value for our water heater and Burton plumbing delivered and installed a new water heater for us.
