"Jake was professional and meticulous with every detail. He replaced the ugliest concrete slab that previous owners had slapped additional concrete on top. It was a cracked dangerous mess with concrete pieces missing. He arrived quickly and at the time he said. My sidewalk is no longer a serious hazard and the new slab is beautifully done. He filled the sides with topsoil and cleaned up after work was finished. The railing was something this old lady really needed. I am sure Jake saved me from a serious fall. He put the same effort into the railing he did with the concrete slab. It’s beautiful! I love it! I am so very happy I hired Jake for these jobs! I am very grateful for his excellent work.show more

"We are very happy with the completed project. Lindeman was initially called to diagnose the deterioration of the chimney in the basement due to moisture. Project mgr Allen explained the cause clearly and in detail, explained what was necessary, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We approved the carefully detailed contract, the job was scheduled, and Francisco and Ishmael arrived to do it last week. They worked almost ceaselessly throughout the day, stopping only for lunch. When they had completed the job, they carefully cleaned up the workplace. The quality of the work was as professional as we hoped it would be. The project manager and the technicians were informative, polite, respectful, and paid particular care to protect our home during their visit. We would definitely hire them again.show more
