Under new ownership in 2015. The Cabinetree is an award-winning full service remodeling company. We have been designing and renovating homes since 1983, turning houses into exciting living spaces. We have grown into one of Wisconsin’s most respected remodeling firms. Not only do we create new and innovative spaces, we strive to improve our client’s overall quality of life in their home. Cabinetree was fantastic to work with! Chris made the entire process very easy and his entire crew was great to work with. They were all helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Our project was on time and on budget. We highly recommend Cabinetree for any project, large like ours, or small.

From start to finish, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cabinetree. They really made the whole process of a remodel as stress-free as possible. We really enjoyed working with Kristian on the design aspect, I really appreciate that she was not afraid to give her opinion and explain the reasoning behind her opinion to help guide us in our design choices. We have an old Tosa home and wanted to stay true to its character and not have a new kitchen feel out of place, and I really feel like they understood that. As for the remodel process, they gave us a binder with an exact timeline broken down to the week and the day that said who would be at the house and what they were working on and planning to accomplish. They stand true to the timeline and the project was completed on time, with one exception being our backsplash (which is my absolute favorite part!) that was on backorder, but that did not affect the function of our kitchen and we were able to move back in on time. Overall, I am so happy with this kitchen, I am constantly appreciating how functional and beautiful it is. I would definitely recommend The Cabinetree for any remodel needs! They did a great job from start to finish. Their design and knowledge led to us achieving everything that we wanted and more! They stayed on time and on budget!! We just loved working with the Cabinetree. Everyone who came to the house was polite, knowledgeable and a fine craftsman! We are so pleased with the outcome of our basement project and would recommend this company to our friends and family. They assisted with design elements all the way through and were flexible when we wanted to add “another great idea” to the project. We will definitely use their services again!

"We replaced around 15-20 doors in the house with all new casing and baseboards. Unfortunately, one of the doors was sent incorrectly by the manufacturer....it was acknowledged to us as a 2/4 door, however came in as a 24'' door instead. We ordered the new door as soon as this issue was discovered and installed a temporary door in it's place until the new door arrived. We wanted them to have use of the space because when you order custom maple doors these aren't necessarily something that is a stock item and can take 3-4 weeks to get a replacement. We felt bad about the issue, and that is why we went to a local big box and purchased a temporary door. Unfortunately, this issue was out of our control and we did what we could to get the issue resolved as soon as we could. We really appreciate your business!"

They were very easy to work with. The lady that we were working with was working part-time because of her health issues. But, she was very responsive. The only time the kitchen was out of commission was only during the actual work, which was about a week. She had everything lined up and it worked like clock work.

From start to finish the work was superb! Ultra fast & well done! The job began on a Monday with the cabinets being cleared out & by Thursday afternoon all cabinet work was done. Measuring was done for the counters that afternoon & were installed ONE WEEK later. How's that for fast? The tile work done by Mike is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend The Cabinetree to my family & friends.

I originally visited The Cabinetree to see what types of countertops they offered and how much they cost installed. I made 3 visits and asked questions each time before placing an order. ALL the people were very helpful, friendly and patient, even when busy with multiple customers. The price ended up being the lowest of all the estimates I had gotten, about half of what Lowe's wanted, for example. The "measurer" was on time and friendly. The installers were also on time, friendly, neat and did a very high quality installation job (and my wife and I are reasonably demanding of quality workmanship). I would recommend them highly to anyone and everyone. The entire experience couldn't have been better. A real pleasure!

Jonathan was great to work with for the design of our kitchen. We had ideas in mind but he helped us to fine tune them. He also was very knowledgeable. The Omega/Dynasty line of cabinets is high quality and comes with the features that are upgrades on most other cabinets like full overlay, full drawer extension with soft closure. We even were able to upgrade to cherry for no additional charge. They installed right on schedule and even came back to adjust a couple of items. The kitchen is beautiful.

Very bad experience! Cabinets were damaged and installed poorly. Company practices deception in saying one thing and coming through with another. We were made to feel like we weren't happy because we were trying to get out of paying them. These people offered the worst product and customer service I've ever encountered in my life. At one point we were told "I don't really care what you think" when trying to communicate about how we weren't satisfied with the quality and appearance. When we tried to communicate with the owner he HUNG UP on us! Unbelievable. We've determined that you get good service ONLY if you spend A LOT of money, otherwise you mean nothing to them.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH CABINETREE WAS ABYSMAL. THEY TOOK MONTHS TO COMPLETE PUNCH-LIST ITEMS AND THEIR DRYWALL WORK WAS POOR. THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE DRYWALL. BY FAR OUR GREATEST COMPLAINT, HOWEVER, WAS THEIR DESIGN FOR HEATING THE KITCHEN. CABINETREE REMOVED A LARGE, CAST-IRON RADIATOR. THEY PROPOSED TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR WITH A SMALL TOE-KICK HEATER, WHICH HAS NEVER WORKED. CABINETREE CLAIMS THAT IT DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE OUR FURNACE IS ''UNDERSIZED,'' AND DOESN'T SEND ENOUGH HOT WATER TO THE TOE-KICK HEATER. WE NOW HAVE A COLD KITCHEN DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. CABINETREE HAS REFUSED NOT ONLY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE; THEY HAVE REFUSED EVEN TO PROPOSE A FIX AT SOME REASONABLE UP CHARGE. AS FAR AS THEY'RE CONCERNED THEIR POOR DESIGN WORK IS OUR PROBLEM. I HAVE ARGUED WITH THE OWNER, TERRY RIPPLE, A NUMBER OF TIMES, AND HAVE FOUND HIM SURLY AND UNETHICAL. AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS SHOULD AVOID THE CABINETREE AT ALL COSTS.
