Hector and his team did d an outstanding job. My new driveway is beautiful. They showed up when promised and worked hard all day. They found a problem with the foundation of my house that needed to be repaired before replacing the driveway and rebuilt the foundation wall next to the driveway. I would recommend them to anyone needing concrete work done.

Hector and his team did a GREAT job extending our driveway, removing old wood walkway and replacing with poured cement. his team were very professional and did good job of cleaning up. Professional lived up to their name. Our Neighbors even commented on how well the drive and walkway turned out. One even requested quote upon his completion.

We could not be more delighted with our new concrete driveway. Professional Concrete, Inc. truly lives up to its name. The owner, Hector, came to our house at the end of June and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. We did our due diligence by reading many positive reviews of their work and decided to hire them. The work was originally scheduled for the second week in September, but due to a cancellation they were able to fit us in a few weeks early. They tore down and removed the tired old asphalt, then framed, graded & compacted with gravel and finally installed wire mesh on the first day of the job. The following work day was all about pouring and smoothing the new concrete. Hector and his crew arrived on time, and worked efficiently and diligently at a price that we felt was both honest and fair. The finished job is impressive and beautiful. So much so that two of our neighbors asked Hector to give them quotes before he left! We cannot recommend Professional Concrete, Inc. highly enough.

Hector is very polite and respectful, and very prompt at returning emails. He was by far the best quote we received in Kenosha. We had a tight timeline we needed to finish by and he was so accommodating and efficient. His crew worked from sun up to sun down. The finished product is beautiful because they definitely pay attention to the details. I would recommend Hector's business to family and friends in a heart beat.

The company owner fit us in because he knew we were having flooding problems. The workers showed up on time and worked very hard. They were meticulous and even put a border around the driveway, which I didn't know they would do. It is just beautiful. So glad we paid for concrete instead of asphalt. They will come back and repair if we ever get any cracks, for no charge and really stand behind their work. The workers were polite and so nice. I just can't say enough about Hector and his company. His customer service person, Angie, was very responsive and professional. We had called 7 different concrete companies for bids and they were the only ones that even returned our call. We will be referring friends, family and clients to this company.

It went quite well. The only reason I downgraded their overall rating from an A to a B was because I wasn't aware they would use a small bobcat that ripped up a small portion of my lawn in the back deck area. Aside from that everything was excellent. They did quality work all around. Solid foundation, at least 4" thick concrete, and great finishing work. Hector has been in business a long time, knows what he is doing, and he and his crew are easy to work with. The finished product is outstanding!

Hector and team were very fast and professional. They were very responsive to our last minute adjustments. Got the job done in 3 days! The final price was a bit more than the initial estimate but the quality of work was worth it.

It went very well. They came for two different quotes due to a issue with the village. They helped me with the process since I had never been through a concrete job. They arrived early, and stayed late ensuring the job was done to my satisfaction. I cannot believe how good it looks. I hung out the the crew most of the day since I was curious how it all worked. I learned a lot, and it was done exactly how I wanted it.

The team repaired the leak quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. We have not had a drop of water since the repair was done and have had several heavy rainfalls since.

Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Hector at Professional Concrete is detailed, kept his word, is Customer Service orientated, adaptable and as the business name states...very Professional. We got four quotes for our project and Hector came in at the best price, could do the job within our timeframe, and finished the job by putting black dirt and grass seed around our new driveway/sidewalk. During the duration from quote to completion of the job, we saw Hector six times on-site as he's very detailed and hands-on. We felt like he genuinely cared about getting the job done right and making sure we were satisfied. We knew from the first day they were on our project that we had picked the right concrete contractor. Hector's lead foreman, Francisco, had already placed some of the driveway forms, but we asked him to change the shape of the forms. He didn't question us, but listened and said "no problem" and moved them to exactly where we wanted them. All of the employees we interacted with were courteous and happy to oblige. We would hire Professional Concrete again and have already referred them to our neighbor, who is having him do some work also.

We are totally satisfied with the professionalism, skill, work ethic and overall attention to detail provided by Hector Martinez and his extremely capable crew. This is a contractor you can trust. They completed the job timely once they had started. Prices are fair. Our emphasis was on the quality of the materials and workmanship rather than the cheapest contractor we could find, as value is important to us. We feel this concrete will endure for many years to come. We plan to hire Hector again for additional masonry projects.
