RIVERA CONCRETE PAVING

Great work by Rivera Concrete. Sealcoating and crack repair on my driveway. They were able to get us scheduled right away. Completed in a few hours and looks amazing.

I had a relative small section of my driveway that needed replacement but our budget could not handle a full driveway replacement. Several contractors would take the job, bit Rivera did. We were scheduled quickly and we are very happy with the results.

I will hire them again

Rivera concrete and asphalt did a great job of removing all the old concrete and replacing it with new driveway and car port. I’m interested in seeing how well they do the sidewalk and inside garage, if they do a job like this one they surely will be able to get much more business in the Lake County area.

They did a professional job, were honest, and showed up on time and delivered on time. I will be using them again in the future.

They did a poor job. Within 3 months, plants started growing in between the asphalt. The company refuses to come fix it and is adamant it is done correctly against seal coating companies saying that it is poorly done. I was informed to seal coat the aspahlt within 3 months/in fall, and the driveway didnt last that long. He refuses to give me the terms and conditions to the "warranty" on the driveway despite several times asking. He only picks up responses to getting paid and accepting work. Also do not view the "estimate", it is a trick to get you to accept their work. Communication is difficult with this company unless its about giving them money. Would not recommend.

We still have never heard back after a year and half. Please don't use this company. Amazingly he can find his way to Green Bay but Mukwonago WI

I recently had a concrete patio, steps, and a shed pad installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team was prompt and professional, showing up on time and ready to work. Their communication was excellent—we always knew what to expect and when. Once they got started, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job in far less time than I expected without cutting corners on quality. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely use them again for future project. My neighbor already asked for their number lol.

Magdiel and his team did great work. They were on time as discussed when planning the project together. They provided quality work and advised on solutions to meet my needs for a beautiful aesthetic, easy maintenance and water management.

I typically don't write reviews but was driven to do so. Our concrete walkway was laid in the spring and started crumbling in October. I contacted Rivera Concrete Paving when we noticed it. He tried stating the crumbling was there from the beginning which is interesting since we never had concrete there before. You would think there would be concern over the job he did but no. His comment was I will stop when I'm in the area...still waiting. Please don't use this company.

Everyone was very professional, respectful and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The team was eager to help with any questions we had. The driveway looks awesome we would definitely use them again.

The driveway was done with care and professionalism. Magdiel and his team were courteous, and conscientious about the work they were doing. I was most pleased with the quality of their work.

Excellent job

We hired Rivera to remove the old asphalt in our parking lot, a 3-story condo building in Chicago, and resurface so that we could improve the drainage problems we had during rain and snow storms. Although the new lot is an improvement from the former, there is still water pooling in one spot, making it difficult for some owners to access their vehicles after it rains. Furthermore, when they repainted the parking space lines, they completely botched the job, making it difficult for owners to park their vehicles appropriately. When we brought our concerns about the job to them, they told us they would not come back to fix the issues. We spent $11K for this job and expected it to be done professionally. It simply wasn’t. We understand that sometimes there are mistakes with projects like this, but to refuse to fix the problem is inexcusable. I WOULD NOT hire this company for your asphalt needs.

They did an excellent job cutting and patching the asphalt around our minestrone landscaping walls and bluestone pavers that when they end are flush with the asphalt

Showed up early. Reasonably priced. Did a great job. Done in 3 hours. Plan on using him for future projects.

I was not satisfied with the job. I contacted him twice to ask if he would fix and they never responded. There are many raised lines of tar which now hold dirt. He did not clean the driveway good enough, weeds already growing thru. The contract said he'd fill my cracks and he didn't. The end of the driveway has brush strokes of tar, as if it was drying out in the end. Very disappointing for $1000 I paid.
