The people who come out and speak to you about your project are completely separate from the people who do the work. The people who came to complete the project did not show up between 8-12 as discussed, instead showing up at 5:30pm, used staples when there should not have been staples for the material selected, did not have nearly enough material, and were not aware of the contract we had signed and that we had already paid. The workers were upset that we were not giving them money directly, and worried they would get in trouble if they left without being paid, and the person who we had paid didn?t answer the phone to clarify the issue. Because they didn?t have enough material to finish the job, they said they would ?call us to schedule a time to finish? but after weeks of not hearing anything I called several people with customer service who did their best to help, but since empire hires outside contractors there wasn?t much they could do. All in all it was a hefty price for folks to not show up on time, not have the materials they needed to complete the job, and not have adequate communication between teams, managers, and customers. I would not hire Empire Today again.
