"had a deeply frustrating experience with Hunt’s HVAC Services that reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. They contacted me early last week to schedule service for my HVAC system, and I agreed to their preferred date—the following Monday. I received a confirmation email on Sunday and a reminder Monday morning for the upcoming afternoon appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to the service site, only to be met with confusion and poor communication. When I called at 12:30 to ask for a specific arrival time, I was told the technician would contact me 30 minutes before arriving—but they couldn’t give me a time estimate. I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. Hunt’s HVAC Services failed to honor their commitment, communicate effectively, or show basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business."

After wasting all that time and money, they came back and told me the furnace actually needed to be replaced — and asked for another $5,500 to do it. In total, I ended up paying $10,000 just to replace one furnace, all because they couldn’t properly diagnose the problem from the start. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Stay far away."
