"A bird had entered from an outside vent into our kitchen fan system; was trapped and died. Speedy Air Duct Cleaning responded promptly to my call and arrived on time. This was not an easy job as the fan system was rather intricate. Long story short, the bird is gone; the duct was cleaned and sanitized; and the flap to the outside vent was cleaned and oiled. The expression of "going the extra mile" really applies to their service. They actually went to the hardware store to purchase a mesh screen and installed it over the vent to prevent a reoccurrence with other birds! And here I was thinking my next call would be to have someone come and install a screen. I also had them clean out my dryer vent. I have given 5 stars only because 10 stars was not offered as an option. I highly recommend them for their work; cleanliness during the project and pleasantness during the entire process."
