About us

Pacwest Floors of Bothell is more than just a flooring store. We are a smaller company with the same pricing as a larger store or chain. What that means is that you get the unbelievable pricing like a chain store, but receive the attention to detail and customer service that the larger stores sometimes struggle with. Our appointment only showroom offers a large selection of every type of floor-covering and counters. Pacwest also has the expert installation crews that they have been working with for over 20 years and the owner of the company has been in the industry for 35 years! Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer.

Pacwest Floors did a great job. The hardwood guys were very professional and precise with their work. They showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. The vinyl floor hardwood was also great. I also had them do my tile showers and floors and I couldn’t of asked for anything better! I priced them out against a few other flooring contractors and they were less. I highly recommend giving them a opportunity.

Pacwest floors supplied and installed my vinyl flooring, hardwood, tile counters and floors, and quartz countertops. They were competitively priced, showed up on time, and got the job done with no issues. I will definitely use them again on my next project as I have gratefully done so for the 35 years!

I have been working with Pacwest floor since 1999. They have done my hardwood, carpet, tile, countertops, vinyl for all that time. Mostly new home construction but definitely a lot remodels as well. I highly recommend Pacwest Floors because they are honest, do great work, stick to their numbers, show up on time.

Eric visited my home twice to measure and discuss scope. I asked 3 companies to bid on the work, and Pacwest was the middle quote. Pacwest is a highly regarded local company and I was very happy that it made sense to patronize a local firm. We tried to match our new wood flooring to other wood flooring installed 5 years ago, and we needed to level up the flooring which was a little tricky. Vadeem and crew did beautiful work - we are 100% pleased with the job.

Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace.

excellent. Eric was really understanding and accommodating. the day after our flooring started PNW got blessed with 7 in of snow. the orignal sub contractor Eric has couldn't come out. After I requested Eric to help us with getting g our flooring completed faster, he was agile enough to find a new sub contractor who could come.put to my location. the work done was too notch in quality and the price Eric gave me was really good. I will not skip a beat before recommending him to my friends or use his services again myself.

This is an outstanding company. They have done several jobs with Eric. The entire crew is professional, really friendly and respectful. I am always very comfortable with the crew in our building while doing the work. Eric is always responsive when I reach out and his Follow-up is excellent. Eric always comes back to the job to visually inspected the final outcome. There has been an occasion where he will find something not to his standards (that I never notice) and rectify it as soon as possible. I absolutely will continue to hire and I strongly recommend as this is a true professional.

Eric Kragerud and his PacWest team did an exceptional job on the flooring in our home. They added and replaced all of the hardwood flooring on the main floor, replaced the treads on our main staircase with hardwoods, and re-carpeted the upstairs of our home as well. Eric also coordinated the installation of new quartz countertops and accent stone in our kitchen, all of which turned out beautifully. Everything was completed using highest quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and best of all on-time. Highly recommend.

We purchased a home and our first undertaking was to install tile in the formal dining room and carpet in the library. The owner, Eric, spent a lot of time with us understanding the "look" we wanted and helped us choose the products accordingly. He has a great selection from which to choose, btw. We scheduled the installation about a month in advance. Eric's tile guy was AMAZING. I've never seen a contractor work so fast, meticulously and competently. He tore out the old flooring and laid the tile on day one. Left no mess and hauled away all the old flooring. He came back the next day and grouted the tile. It looks fantastic. It is one of the most "wow-factor" rooms in our home. The next day, the carpet guy arrived and we had our new carpet installed in a couple of hours. Again - a hard-working, fast and very competent worker. Overall, we have been extremely happy with this whole process. Not only was Eric great in helping us decide what to get - but his crews were efficient, fast and do great work. I've hired a lot of contractors in my years, but this has to have been one of the better experiences. I'd use them again. HIGHLY recommended! A+

Eric was very responsive to our needs and responded promptly to my questions. We had tile installed in our bathroom and carpet on the upstairs of our house. The tile job was beautifully and efficiently done. Jonathan of Aces Carpet Services and Raul's Carpet Services installed the carpet. They came on time, got right to work and were done in four hours. They did a beautiful job with great efficiency and professionalism. They were both very pleasant and cheerful to work with. I would definitely recommend Pacwest Floors for flooring products and all the people who did the work. I am very happy with the job..

Corey was exceedingly difficult to reach by phone. When he came to do measurements, he was late, and seemed uninterested in the fact that his lateness meant there was no time for him to do  measurements in one of the rooms. He was helpful in picking a few samples when I visited the showroom.
Eric, the owner, was more interested in "doing his books" than helping me when I stopped by the showroom.
But most baffling was that Corey phoned me (after I'd left several messages), took my choices info, and said he'd email the estimate the next day. I never got an email or a phone call after that. No follow-up at all.
I had the strong feeling they didn't want my business.
Fortunately, another company did want my business, and I went with them.

We had relatives arriving in 11 days and my wife decided she did not want them to see our worn and stained white carpet on the first floor. She wanted it all replaced with hard flooring. I contacted several Angieslist providers of flooring to see if it was even possible to get it done in time. Eric, PacWest owner, responded that he thought they could get it done. This was on Monday, April 18.
Eric came by the very next day with numerous samples of fantastic new hard flooring. It absolutely looked and felt like hardwood floors but was a laminate. With Eric's help and patience, we were able to choose a floor that amazed us in look and feel and impress us with its durability. Eric said he would check but was sure it was in stock and he would confirm before the end of the day. He did exactly that and confirmed a date for install to begin on April 25 with completion planned for April 27.
Eric crew dropped off the materials on Friday, April 22 so the materials could "cure" in place prior to installation. This is important to make sure there is no installation problems in the short term or the long term. Every home has a unique environment on each floor in relation to temperature spread and humidity. His installer delivered it so he could inspect the installation and get clarity on layout and any special requests. He also slit all the packages to make sure the humidity was able to penetrate the packages.
On Monday morning, Eric's crew arrived and wham! went to work. They quickly removed the old flooring combination of carpet and Pergo. They checked the floor for any flatness issues and removed the carpet nail boards. The pad was laid prior to noon break. They almost completed the entire installation in one day. The left the more challenging areas - closets, bathroom, small hallway for the next day. The crew was extremely friendly and clean.
On Tuesday morning, the crew arrived and quickly set to work. One of them was cutting off the trim on the walls where it needed to be the allow for the flooring to be installed. One was measuring and cutting the difficult cuts. They both coordinated their activities to get it done quickly. The finish of trimming it out was being done by one while the other was cleaning up including wiping down the new floor. They caulked the trim and were out the door by 2 pm!
We have had a lot of compliments on the floor. We are doing another major remodel on part of our home. The contractor came by and told us he loved our new WALNUT floors. When I told him it was laminate he dropped to his knees and felt it and took a closer look. He was absolutely complimentary of the product and installation. We are very happy.
