About us
Pacwest Floors of Bothell is more than just a flooring store. We are a smaller company with the same pricing as a larger store or chain. What that means is that you get the unbelievable pricing like a chain store, but receive the attention to detail and customer service that the larger stores sometimes struggle with. Our appointment only showroom offers a large selection of every type of floor-covering and counters. Pacwest also has the expert installation crews that they have been working with for over 20 years and the owner of the company has been in the industry for 35 years! We guarantee you will be thrilled with both the pricing and customer service!

Eric, the owner, was more interested in "doing his books" than helping me when I stopped by the showroom.
But most baffling was that Corey phoned me (after I'd left several messages), took my choices info, and said he'd email the estimate the next day. I never got an email or a phone call after that. No follow-up at all.
I had the strong feeling they didn't want my business.
Fortunately, another company did want my business, and I went with them.
Eric came by the very next day with numerous samples of fantastic new hard flooring. It absolutely looked and felt like hardwood floors but was a laminate. With Eric's help and patience, we were able to choose a floor that amazed us in look and feel and impress us with its durability. Eric said he would check but was sure it was in stock and he would confirm before the end of the day. He did exactly that and confirmed a date for install to begin on April 25 with completion planned for April 27.
Eric crew dropped off the materials on Friday, April 22 so the materials could "cure" in place prior to installation. This is important to make sure there is no installation problems in the short term or the long term. Every home has a unique environment on each floor in relation to temperature spread and humidity. His installer delivered it so he could inspect the installation and get clarity on layout and any special requests. He also slit all the packages to make sure the humidity was able to penetrate the packages.
On Monday morning, Eric's crew arrived and wham! went to work. They quickly removed the old flooring combination of carpet and Pergo. They checked the floor for any flatness issues and removed the carpet nail boards. The pad was laid prior to noon break. They almost completed the entire installation in one day. The left the more challenging areas - closets, bathroom, small hallway for the next day. The crew was extremely friendly and clean.
On Tuesday morning, the crew arrived and quickly set to work. One of them was cutting off the trim on the walls where it needed to be the allow for the flooring to be installed. One was measuring and cutting the difficult cuts. They both coordinated their activities to get it done quickly. The finish of trimming it out was being done by one while the other was cleaning up including wiping down the new floor. They caulked the trim and were out the door by 2 pm!
We have had a lot of compliments on the floor. We are doing another major remodel on part of our home. The contractor came by and told us he loved our new WALNUT floors. When I told him it was laminate he dropped to his knees and felt it and took a closer look. He was absolutely complimentary of the product and installation. We are very happy.
