When finished in one day, the quality of the work was readily apparent. Although extra work was required when water damage was discovered during repair, Patriot Roofing stood by their quote and that’s something not often seen nowadays. Very reasonable price too. Steel roofing shingles are more expensive than normal roofing - but the product has a great warranty (50 years, transferable), and it is far more fire resistant than most other roofing products. Steel roofing is more expensive that other roof products- but a neighbor has had re-roofing done several times, and his costs are quickly adding up to what I paid, and he will soon pass what I paid, and yet not have the quality and the great appearance of what I have."
