As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

When finished in one day, the quality of the work was readily apparent. Although extra work was required when water damage was discovered during repair, Patriot Roofing stood by their quote and that’s something not often seen nowadays. Very reasonable price too. Oh, and with a lot of rain this fall, no more leaks."

Steel roofing shingles are more expensive than normal roofing - but the product has a great warranty (50 years, transferable), and it is far more fire resistant than most other roofing products. Steel roofing is more expensive that other roof products- but a neighbor has had re-roofing done several times, and his costs are quickly adding up to what I paid, and he will soon pass what I paid, and yet not have the quality and the great appearance of what I have."
