The estimator was nice, but the estimate was ridiculously overpriced and did not explain any breakdown of charges. It was just a total number; nearly $40,000 for a small park drainage system. When I asked for a breakdown of how they came up with that amount, I was told they couldn't break it down because the price is what it was, it was all wrapped into one.
