Excellent job and customer service. Worked with Will Ytsma at RoofSmart to find the best roofing options for my budget. He did a great job narrowing down the roofing options to best meet my needs. Andrew, Omar and Pedro all helped to keep the project moving forward. They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts. Looks great and will last decades. No more worries about the old roof and maintenance. I highly recommend RoofSmart for service, professionalism and overall value. They do the job right!

We received bids from 5 top-rated roofing companies and found that Roofsmart really is an extraordinary company. Brandon patiently and thoroughly walked us through the details of Owens-Corning Platinum, and the premium additions of Roofsmart, which I found compelling. Importantly, all these details were clearly delineated in the bid. The contract is not something I expected to care about, but I appreciated its unusually clear, plain, and even helpfully informative writing. Omar and his installation team also communicated clearly and showed up when promised. All interactions were pleasant. After the inspection, he worked creatively and persistently to meet my perhaps unusual requests. Most importantly, we now have a beautiful roof, very durably constructed, as I can say with some confidence after my overly-obsessive research and my extensive education by five roofing salesmen, Brandon most notably. Great crew. They show up on time and work full days to get the job done in a reasonable time. Several times a day someone walks around the premises picking up debris that has fallen down and blow dust from the paved surfaces.

From the assessment/estimate through completion of the job, this business stood 'head and shoulders' above its competition. In deciding how to handle the job, the company offered suggestions that were innovative and very constructive. The actual work was 4.0, from start to finish. They are meticulous, efficient and very personable/social folks. I'd have them back tomorrow if I needed another low-slope roof install!!!

Great looking roof and hard working roofers. Only disappointment: dwarf apple tree was broken and rosemary plant was smashed during the process. The clean up was adequate, but I had to go through the next day to pick-up pieces anywhere from a size of a credit card to a dollar bill for about 90 min around the house. I did ask for a walk around to inspect & discuss the completed work before hiring and that never happened after completion.

I have a complicated roof. There were 3 layers, an insulation board, and a bunch of custom metal flashings that needed to be done. I had 6 bids Ranging from $65k to $30k. An unbelievable range. Jim at RoofSmart was outstanding. The details he noticed, the options he gave, won the job. It was expensive, but I could not be happier with the result. Highly recommended!
