Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?

Diamond Roofing changed my roof from cedar to asphalt. They did a great job, providing constant updates over several days, as we needed full plywood decking installed. They were the only quote that didn't skimp on materials, as most wanted to avoid perimeter water shield and use no-caulk pipe boots. I trust that I have a roof that will last for years to come.

Absolutely an awesome team to work with. Eugene was the point of contact from start to finish. Complete work was done in four days for roofing and gutters. The team cleaned the site daily and made sure everything was protected prior to work start and delivery. Eugene also came out a week after the work was done (and after a day of heavy rain) to check and see if I was still satisfied with the work. Their five star rating is true to our experience. Highly recommend this team for your roofing needs!

Eugene's crew replaced our entire roof and cleaned up the project (spotlessly) in just 5 days. Their work product was exceptional and the price they charged was more than competitive with the larger companies. Prompt and professional service at every turn, even providing a dump trailer instead of a drop box, to protect the driveway. Ours was the third house in the neighborhood they installed a new roof, and as a member of the HOA Board, will recommend them to anyone needing these services. Super responsive, worked quickly, and well priced. After a problem was identified a few years after install, Eugene stood behind his warranty without any hassle or delay. Solid contractor I would highly recommend.

Roof was installed ahead of schedule. As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area.

The repairs were performed exactly as specified and in a very timely manner.

Our roof was in bad condition and we seriously needed to get it replaced before the winter months rolled in. Eugene was very responsive in helping us understand our options, and somehow managed to fit the project in and get it done on one dry September day. The team was highly professional and left the area in immaculate condition. They even managed to reduce the cost by preserving some of the original boards that I thought would have been damaged by water, but were actually still in good condition.

Everything went as contracted. Pleasant workers. Cleanup was very thorough.

We had a water leak coming in our roof to our bedroom. Diamond Roofing came out as soon as they had an opening and patched up our leak, looked at the entire roof to be sure they didn't see anything more that needed to be fixed. Our roof is over 20 years old and needing to be replaced and we will be using Diamond Roofing again this year. I can't say enough good things about Eugene and his crew. I live under some large evergreens and during the recent snow storm a limb fell and punctured my roof. The company that usually cleans my roof referred me to Diamond Roofing and I'm glad they did. I had water dripping through the roof and dripping into the house through the sheetrock. Eugene was able to get out to me the very next day and repair the roof even though the snow was still hanging around. The repair was not only quick but they took the time to match the color of my roofing material and gave me an amazing price. They could have gouged me because I was in a bind but they were honest, fair, quick and a pleasure to work with. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We contacted Diamond Roofing and Construction about what we thought was a leak originating in our roof. We had already had a plumber and a leak detection specialist out to find the source of the leak. Both stated it was likely the roof. Diamond Roofing responded promptly to an request through Angie's List and came out to inspect. They took their time and scoured the roof and the attic for a leak source. They replaced some shingles around some vents. There was not a clear culprit for the leak. We were hoping this did the trick. Unfortunately the leak continued. We got in touch with Diamond again and they promptly responded and came out again. They diligently searched and finally determined it was actually a leak from our shower!!! Despite a plumber being very certain it wasn't a plumbing issue. I cannot say enough great things about Diamond. They all worked so hard to find the leak and ended up not charging us anything despite all of their time and effort! I highly recommend Diamond Roofing and Construction.

It's not always easy to find a company/service provider that can meet the expectations of the home owner. So to find one that actually surpasses expectations is a real surprise. But that's what my experience with Diamond Roofing turned out to be. Professional, friendly, no-nonsense crew, helpful, with a complete customer focus, absolutely no 'up-selling' and going beyond what was asked for. These are the qualities that I was afforded by this top-notch company. Usually even a good experience will have some aspect where you say to yourself, 'well, they could have done that part just a little bit better'. Not with these guys. I can't come up with anything that they could have improved upon. As an investor in real estate, I expect to be calling Diamond Roofing whenever I need to deal with a roofing issue from now on.
