"Move went ok. Later found rips in a recliner. Movers notified me that they knocked the emergency exit sign down at the apt I was moving out of. The next day when I went to the old apt I saw that the exit sign was shattered all over the floor. I ended up having to pay over $100 for it out of my deposit. Other than that the guys were good and quick."

"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

They moved fast, even running a lot of the time throughout the mover, right to the end, which undoubtedly saved us money, while getting a quality service; the move took five hours, so we were amazed that their energy never lagged. They carefully moved our expensive treadmill with electronics. All of the furniture was wrapped in heavy-duty saran wrap, They were careful in moving item so that nothing was damaged, not the contents being moved nor the walls, floors, and doors through which items were moved. They arranged everything so that our Christmas things were the last things placed in the truck, and at the storage unit, they were set aside so that they would be placed closest to the door in the storage unit, for easy access for Christmas decorating. They provided heavy-duty, top-quality, new-looking furniture pads, not only during moving, but to use in our storage unit until we have them move everything back into our home. We appreciated the fact that we did not have physical contact when we were arranging to have them move our items. Communication on the phone and through email was thorough. I was initially apprehensive about making all of the arrangements without contact in person, especially because I knew only what I had learned through Angie's List about the company, which had an A record. I read every review. They certainly performed at the level that I had expected, based on the reviews. I was grateful that everything followed COVID-19 safe practices, especially because my husband and I each have an autoimmune disease and underlying conditions. Everything was handled professionally, from pre-move, to during the entire move. We will hire them to move our items back to our home in a few months."
