"It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back."

Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the “same page” of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them. The foreman was also outstanding, any concern I had about my roof he kindly would take the time to talk it over with me, and pretty much follow through with any request that I had. Rain gutter crew was did the same quality of work as the roofers."

I'd had 6 estimates to replace my roof and this was the only company that took the time to carefully walk my roof and also inspect the attic to make sure they knew what they were getting into (I had lots of rot and sagging). The owner (Daniel) provided the estimate and was great at offering options to save me money. He was also willing to use some of my own materials (skylight) on the job without an extra charge. Lead time was only ~4 days, the worked started on time and finished ahead of schedule, and the final cost was on budget. The owner is very hands-on and besides providing the estimate was also part of the installation crew. It was really nice to deal directly with the owner during all phases of the project, especially when I wanted to add some additional work that was not part of the original bid. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Integrity NW Roofing. Competitive pricing, great service, high quality and a really nice company to deal with."
