We live in the beautiful Spokane Valley and enjoy all of the outdoor adventures found here. There’s so much to do like a day on the links at Painted Hills Golf Course. And don’t forget the great wineries. But we don’t like when the outdoor pests such as ants, wasps, rodents, or bed bugs decide to stroll into our house and make themselves at home. The best time of day to spray your yard to repel ticks is in the early morning hours or early in the evening. These times of day tend to be cooler compared with the middle of the day when the sun is hotter. Otherwise, the solution could dry out quicker and prove less effective.

When baiting traps for iguanas, avoid using herbs, fruits, and vegetables that are toxic to them, such as fresh sage, rosemary, avocados, and eggplants. While fresh, ripe fruit is effective at attracting iguanas, be cautious of pits and seeds from fruits like apples, pears, and peaches, as they are highly toxic. Additionally, steer clear of citrus fruits, a natural deterrent to iguanas.

The answer varies. Some infestations may get taken care of in one treatment, while others may require two to four in a row, or even monthly or semi-monthly visits over the course of a year. The best way to get rid of bed bugs quickly is to investigate and treat at the first sign of bed bugs and not to let it wait.
