"Ramiro came and gave us an estimate as requested. He was professional and his reviews were excellent. Because of the Stay at Home Order due to COVID-19 we had to wait for 6 weeks before the job could be done. Ramiro scheduled our job for June 8th. On June 8th we received a call that the fence posts were not delivered. Ramiro thought they would be delivered on June 10th. We gave him an extra day and thus started our build on June 11th. From there everything went according to plan. We are very pleased with the job that Ramiro did. It is a "Nice View Fence." And we will likely have him come back next year to replace our 20 year old fence with another "Nice View Fence." We would definitely hire Ramiro again."

"Matt is a sharp contractor.  He is very easy to work with and provides excellent ideas on how to accomplish what we want.  His crew is very professional and hardworking.  I liked his idea of replacing an old wooden deck with low maintenance composites and aluminum.  Matt was able to use much of the foundation of the old decks to reduce costs.  However, he took pains to make sure that the foundation was re-leveled.  Well pleased with the results and his follow up to make sure that we knew how to properly remove some pine tar from the new deck.  He also came up with an innovative way to provide a rain shield for my wife to be able to barbecue during the frequent rain here in the Northwest.  Everything that Matt did was first rate.  My neighbor was motivated to put in a fence as a result of my new fence.  The neighbor was more interested in the cheapest price vice the best work and already it shows!  Matt used stainless steel nails and better quality wood.  Next door their nails are already rusting and the wood looks cheap.  Matt always kept us into the loop and cared about what we wanted.

"It went well except for some mis-communication between Ross and the crews.  Our plans called for a one foot extension on both sides of the patio.  Somehow the crews did not realize this.  Ross was honest about the problem and I would not pay for that part and they would put in a 2 foot wide planting bed around 3 sides to bring things back into proportion.  They did this but the patio still looked out of proportion, too long for the width.  I suggested that they add the 2 feet onto the side with the water faucet.  This would mean less work to be done over and still give proper proportions.  The crew did this and I am very pleased.  I ended up having them put in a 6 foot fence in the back yard and I am quite pleased with it.  The fence cost much more than the patio but no more than other estimates and less than some.  They had to come back and change a couple things to make sure the fence was close enough to the ground to keep my cat from digging under.  It looks great now.  I am considering having them dig and prepare planting beds in the front  this spring.  Overall I was quite pleased.
