Ramiro and his team offered a fair priced and they were extremely hard working. They installed 180 feet of Black Galvanized Chain link fencing and three gates across our back yard and tied it in with our existing side yard privacy fencing. We love it. The team came when they said they would come, and worked until the job was done. Took over two days as the fence post concrete needed to sets once emplaced. It is exactly how we envisioned it would look. He quoted almost $3000 less (before tax) than another company and did more work. The other company actually wanted us to clear the growth before they put the fence up. Ramiro cleared it for us at no extra charge. In addition, he fixed our side fence gate lock and added an extra part to the wood fence so the little dog couldn't squeeze out. If we texted Ramiro he answered within minutes. That is the kind of service you expect and want. I will be contacting Nice View Fence with any repairs or replacements of the preexisting fence or deck. A definite highly recommend.

Ramiro, the owner, was very courteous and informative about fences. His bid was very competitive and he used high quality material for our cedar panel fence. His crew worked hard and made our fence straight and strong in spite of obstacles - they cut stumps, jack-hammered boulders and removed debris, etc. The fence is lovely and strong. He charged more to install pergola as his estimate was wrong on deck. I really got it cheaper. But fence quote was exepnsive. As fencing project five star ignoring price was a bit hight

We had a good experience with the first portion of our fencing project and rehired Ramiro for a second job. Ramiro quoted one price, we made some adjustments due to change in fence line and a portion was to be wood versus chain link, and m never received any indication that there would be a price difference. 3 months later the new fence was completed and I was told (without an invoice) to pay over $3K more than what was agreed upon. Lack of customer service, unethical billing practices, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction forces me to write this review and only rate this company 1 star - buyer beware.

"Hi, I’m normally I don’t respond to this kind of comments, but in this case I I have to this customer since the first time I work for them I given him a estimate for the job he asked for. He asked me to give a discount and he’s going to help me out because as part of the HOA and the community and they recommend me with more people to get more jobs which I thought is good that’s why I give him a price of what he asked I finished the job and like he says he has a good experience he was happy but the second time like I always, do I give him a estimate with all the details, and also a drawing with the dimension of the fence. How he asked, and again he asked me for a discount, and I tell him no this time because the job is not easy I have to carry out everything downhill by the stairsteps to the backyard and I cannot give him a discount. We agree and the price before I start the job. They change the layout of the fence because they think is to close to the plants. He want to push farther back that means adding more lineal foot to the fence and also he text me on one part of the fence line by the neighbor side he want to. to do 6 foot wood fence instead of 4 foot chain-link. He told me if they have to pay more for that he will now in the end. after we finish the fence, I give him his new balance and he don’t like it he taught The price is going to be the same but as you know, like a customer, if you add extra work is going to be extra money, and I have proof on the text and also on the papers for the estimates for the difference in lineal foot, and also from the wood fence to the chin fence, adding part. I don’t know if it is a website do I can review a customers but it is one I like to review this customer too"

Ramiro replaced a 28 foot section of fence that was in bad repair. The estimate was very reasonable and the fence was replaced exactly as was requested. Ramiro was very easy to work with and kept us informed about how the job was to proceed. Both ourselves and our neighbors were very pleased with the results.

QUALITY OF WORK. Ramiro delivered a quality fence, well built, with good quality materials and solidly installed. He included a custom trellis that we requested and it is exactly what we asked for. This fence looks good and will last for years and years. Twice we had to remind him what specification we had agreed to in the bid, as he was planning to build it differently from the agreed-upon specification. Because of this, we felt like we had to watch to be sure he was building it correctly. ON-TIME DELIVERY. Ramiro missed almost every schedule milestone by a day or two or a week. One was excusable, as he had a truck break-down. COST. We went with Ramiro because he came in lowest of the three bids we got, and he had good reviews. Along the way in the project, we sent him drawings to finalize what we wanted on the custom trellis, and he agreed to our specifications. As we approached the end of the project, we double checked on the kind of boards he planned to use for the top of the trellis. Rather than conforming to the agree-upon spec, he planned to use a less-expensive option (different kind of board). He then re-agreed to the original spec but said it would cost more. We ended up paying several hundred dollars more than the original quote because of this change. He did not apologize for any of the changes or delays. FRIENDLINESS. Ramiro was always friendly and easy-going.

Ramiro installed a cedar and chain link fence for me on my property and the quality is superior to others I've seen in the neighborhood. You can tell he uses higher quality materials and his price was the best out of the multiple bids I obtained. The fence took longer than expected to complete but it's okay, I'd rather wait a little longer and have a high quality product than have it done fast and low quality. Ramiro came and gave us an estimate as requested. He was professional and his reviews were excellent. Because of the Stay at Home Order due to COVID-19 we had to wait for 6 weeks before the job could be done. Ramiro scheduled our job for June 8th. On June 8th we received a call that the fence posts were not delivered. Ramiro thought they would be delivered on June 10th. We gave him an extra day and thus started our build on June 11th. From there everything went according to plan. We are very pleased with the job that Ramiro did. It is a "Nice View Fence." And we will likely have him come back next year to replace our 20 year old fence with another "Nice View Fence." We would definitely hire Ramiro again.

Just awesome! Ramiro was very professional from the point of giving you quote, advising you about fence options. I shopped around for quote and Ramiro without asking gave the best price. Ramiro organized with the city for marking and kept in touch on project schedule. Work was done in time and in a very quick manner! Quality work and on time! Can't ask for me! It took a long time to get the project done but that was not on nice View Fence. after we agreed on a start date it was brought to my attention of the issues for installing the black chain-link at the rear of my acre which backed to a greenbelt. That caused a delay which was on me. I got the area cleared and rescheduled. Well... this time of year Mother Nature doesn't co-operate so it was a battle of heavy rains and snow so no fault of Nice View Fence. The project is now done and the workmanship is fantastic. I would have to say the final outcome was worth the multiple delays.

Nice View Fence will provide you with a good fence, at a low cost. I went out for several bids, and they were the lowest. However, you do indeed get what you pay for. Nice View did not use stainless nails, so within about 6 months, the lower grade nails they used began rusting and left rust stain trails down the fence. I resolved by applying a dark stain. My other concern is their customer service and willingness to stand behind their work. A large RV gate they installed began failing about six months after the job was completed. I called, emailed, and texted numerous times over a 3 month period with no response. I ended up going to another contractor who helped resolve, and subsequently used them for additional fencing needs. Romero’s a good guy, and his team does good work, however I suspect they’re too busy for their own good. Perhaps Nice View should consider hiring an admin person to assist with customer service.

Ramiro wasn't able to start on schedule due to a truck breaking down, but was able to get started within a week of the original schedule. The work was completed promptly and the fence looks great. Ramiro and his crew did a good job of hauling off the old fence and cleaning up after they finished. The bid was the best I received in terms of price to accomplish the work I was expecting. Neighbors who shared in the cost of common fencing have also hired Nice View Fence to do other fencing on their properties.

We had Nice View remove and replace 260' of cedar fencing (8' tall modified panel with 2' lattice top and two gates) . Ramiro was very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. The bid was competitive and accurate with no surprises or up-charges. The materials were top-notch and the crew was very courteous and efficient. The crew worked very hard without breaks until the job was completed, on time and on budget. We are very pleased with our new fence and highly recommend Nice View Fence.
