If was amazing and I love my fence!

Estimate appt was very thorough. Build appts went very smoothly. I love my new fence! It’s beautiful. The gates are so easy to get in and out of. My neighbors and even total strangers walking by have remarked about it as I went to get my mail from mailbox. The extra privacy is wonderful and my pups love the new space too!

My 10-lb. dog has a fine big yard but she would be no match for the coyotes we are seeing in the area so I wanted a secure dog run. Mike came promptly to take measurements and made a very helpful suggestion regarding the layout. After he sent an estimate and I sent partial payment, he and Chuck installed the posts one day and within a second day had the fencing completed. It is exactly what I was hoping for. And I'm glad I went with the recommended black color.

The bid was noticeable lower than two other local Angie's List contractors. The contractor/owner was the person who not only visited for the estimate, gave us knowledgeable advice about the fence design & materials, but was one of two onsite workers every day constructing the fence. The project proceeded as promised. Happy homeowners & happy dog!

Fence Tech gave a clear detailed bid, drew out a diagram, helped navigate the permit process with the (difficult) City of Snohomish, showed up on time, did a great job, and left a beautiful fence. I couldn't be more pleased. In addition they were kind and patient with my older mom who is somewhat intimidated by large projects. I greatly appreciate how good they were to and with her.

This is our second time hiring Fence Tech NW. We were very happy with the previous portion of a fence repair and are happy with the two new gates. Working with Mike was very smooth- he gave us a quote shortly after checking the yard, started shortly after we said yes, and the price was as quoted. The two new gates (and associated fence lengths) look handsome and feel sturdy. When we need to replace the rest of our fence we'll be giving them a ring.

Mike came out and gave and estimate and he was very reasonable. When he came to do the job with someone to help they did the job quickly, efficiently, and the fence looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Fence Tech or use them again if needed.

top notch work . very pleased with the completed project

Project manager was very rude to neighbors when he arrived on the job. He was not willing to work with neighbors on adjoining fence placement concerns and pricing of adjoining fences. Original price quote was changed after verbal agreement was set upon. Not customer service friendly.

Michael provides an estimate earlier than promised after visiting the site and taking note of what we wanted. Work was done well and it's a nice looking fence! When it comes time to replace the rest and our gate we'll be giving him a call. We had put up chicken wire between our yard and the neighbors so the dogs wouldn't roam and he even re-installed it after putting the post in. Real nice guy.

Mike was punctual, responsive and patient with me when I asked questions and made some changes to the original plan. Installation accomplished without a hitch.

I think I was a bit of a needy client but Mike never seemed annoyed by my questions and requests to make changes. We wanted the fence installed as soon as it was possible and Mike was able to move our appointment up a week when he had a last minute opening in his schedule. The two gentlemen that came out to do the majority of the work were super friendly and had hustle the entire time. They cleaned up the debris from the project as they went and everything was tidy through the duration of the job. The project was completed ahead of the original schedule and took the time they said it would, it came in at the original quote, which was a better value than the other bid we received, looks really good and we just couldn't be happier with the end result. We would absolutely recommend and rehire Fence Tech for any future fencing projects.

Did a great job.

It went well. I didn't get a rectangle, I got a parallelogram which is not what arenas are supposed to be shaped like. I wanted it parallel with my carport, but it did not compute. The owner did a lot to try to fix what was done wrong. So, in that regards, I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out ultimately. I thought the price was fair, they beat out another company with price and quality of the wood. Their crew just needed to be supervised at all times. I didn't want to waste the posts they already cut and set. I compromised on the fact that I didn't want to waste that many posts. But, the shape I ended up with was absolutely wrong. I explained this to the foreman many times, but he still couldn't get the rectangle. They were okay, but to me it seems they need to have the owner do the work or the person that uses them needs to be out there watching them all the time.

Mike called back within 24 hours and I received my estimate within days of my call. Busy time of year still yielded a relatively quick build time. Started exactly when stated and they worked straight through until finished. Cedar fence is beautiful. Mike responded the same day when I had a nit-picky issue with the chain link height. He personally came back and changed it to my exact thinking. He went above and beyond what we expected.

On time, on budget.

Great job. It is nice to have a fence in place now so my kids have a safer place to play outside. Fence looks great and is working great. After my project, my neighbor hired them.

Things went really well. On time, quick to get in at the time. The fence is of an extremely high quality. It is more beautiful then expected for a "basic" fence. True craftsmanship and care. We did have 1 miscommunication but it was handled and I'm very happy with the end result.

Mike was great. He installed a cedar fence around our backyard in September. The price was a little less than an other bid I got. He showed up on time everyday, he and his crew worked hard everyday, cleaned up any mess and the fence looks great. We were so happy with the first fence that we had him come back a few months later to install a small fence as well. I wish all the contractors we have worked with were as good as Mike. If you need a fence then Mike is the best.

We needed to replace our backyard fence and received quotes from 3 companies with A-ratings. Fence Tech's estimate was the lowest, but price wasn't the sole factor in our decision. When defining the work scope, Mike had to make several revisions because I kept changing my mind (I had him take out a section, add it back in, price one section separately so I can split cost with neighbor, change fence type, add a walking gate, etc.). He was extremely patient with me and always sent the revised estimates promptly. The crew showed up on time and worked both quietly and efficiently. We are very happy with the new fence and would highly recommend Fence Tech to anyone looking for a fence company.

The work is not completes but so far great.

Mike and crew were very professional and gracious from the initial bidding through completion of the job. They were extremely efficient and clean with their work. Fantastic job!

Mike was a professional, from the first moment he arrived to give us a bid, to the last moment of fence construction.  He listened carefully to what we wanted done, made great suggestions, took careful measurements and gave us a clear, reasonable estimate.  He even offered to dig up and remove the ancient laundry line posts that had been left by previous owners and haul away the remains of a pile of firewood we had tucked up against the old fence at no extra charge.  Incidentally, Mike's bid was the lowest of the three bids we took, but that's not the reason we went with him.  His manner was friendly but professional, and we liked it that Fence Tech is a new business.  We do our best to support small, local businesses.  Mike and his crew arrived 10 minutes early, worked diligently and steadily through 90+ degree heat, digging up posts, carting away old wood, digging post holes and setting them.  He informed us that it would take a few days for the concrete to set and arranged to come back in a few days to finish the job.  On arrival to complete the work, Mike and the crew were a few minutes early again.  They worked hard, did a great job, finished within budget and on time, and we are very pleased with the results.  The yard looks so much better!  We were pleased to give him our business to help establish his reputation in the community, but we wouldn't be recommending him on Angie's List if we weren't thrilled with Mike and his crew's work.  We highly recommend Fence Tech NW for your fencing needs and would most definitely call them again.
