"DO NOT USE: We were quoted $6K for a shower kit install. Upon completion of the work, it was immediately apparent that the installation was defective and did not meet acceptable industry standards. Specifically: No water membrane was installed behind the shower kit, rendering the installation non-compliant with waterproofing best practices. No caulking was applied to seal seams, leaving the installation vulnerable to water intrusion and damage. The walls and surrounding trim were not plumb, which made it impossible to install a functioning shower door. A McLendon's supervisor subsequently inspected the installation onsite and acknowledged the poor workmanship. We were informed that the matter would be addressed, but despite multiple follow-up phone calls, we received no further communication or resolution from McLendon's. Nevertheless, the remaining balance of $3,100 was charged to our account without our authorization or consent and without any resolution."

For months I couldn't find a contractor that is willing to follow the rules and do it right. Some didn't even bother showing up. . . . until Tom decided to take on the challenge. He helped me navigate the City of Sammamish permitting, surveying and engineering process. Lots of patience with me and with the city. Once the permit was issued, the execution was flawless. Great quality of work. Our previous dilapidated deck was an eye sore and a danger for the past 3 years of us owning the home. It took Tom, Mike and his crew only one week to transform it into a deck that we love (not exaggerating but the day they wrecked the old deck was simply cathartic and therapeutic to me). I'm highly recommending Eastside Fence and Deck."

We discovered the Solatube brand product through a kitchen remodel and ordered one from the manufacturer, Solatube International, in California. We then proceeded to bring the distribution of Solatube skylights to the state of Washington. Our mission from the beginning was to sell a quality product, at a reasonable price, delivered with great service. We are all about taking care of our customers, we love them and they love the bright light from the Solatube skylight! We have dealers set up throughout the State of Washington. We sell the Solatube installed and as DIY kits to homeowners and also distribute to contractors, roofers and other businesses. Family owned business.

He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. The only part we are disappointed with is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER. We plan to add more lights in other areas in the future. We both highly recommend the product and the folks at Northwest Natural Lighting."
