Raphael and his team were great. They built a Hog wire fence and had it up within 1.5 days. Great quality and workmanship. I will definitely reach out to them again for other outdoor projects.

RT Total Lawn made the process from inquiry to installation easy. Sara responded to my Angie’s request, answered a few questions, then came out with owner Rafael to do an estimate. We discussed drip vs in ground irrigation, agreed on a fair price then the work was scheduled and completed quickly. When done, RT’s crew did a thorough clean up and Rafael and Sara came back to do a walk through. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to working them on other projects. Great to find a local business that does quality work and cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Rafael and his crew were amazing to work with. The initial visiting for a quote was free and very informative. He was quick to understand my sketches for a totally different deck design, asked really helpful questions, and gave clear recommendations. They were able to start promptly. All of the crew members were very professional in their communication and planning and updates. They were highly skilled and did excellent quality work. I am so happy with my new deck! When work was done, they honored their quoted price. For my project they did not ask for any payment upfront, just payment in full upon completion to my satisfaction. They do take other payment methods but prefer cash so I suggest you ask about your payment options upfront. For the whole process, this company was great to work with. The craftsman of the finished work was excellent quality. I recommend them to everyone.

Rafeal came out the same day and gave us a written estimate. Work was done the following week. Rafeal and carpenters were very professional. Showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up.

We hired RT Total Lawn Care (don’t be fooled by their name, they do much more than lawns) to build a free-standing cedar deck and steps from our RV. They offered a free estimate and arrived soon after we contacted them. There was excellent communication about what we needed, their design suggestions and the price. Within a week of having met, the finished product is a beautifully designed deck that is strong and impeccably constructed. Rafael, the owner, Roberto, our primary builder, and the rest of the crew were consistently professional and friendly. Great work ethic. The Job: Work was satisfactorily completed except this vendor should be supervised. -Gate panels replaced were well done and shaped like previous, but were not sanded on top, leaving a 'rip cut' finish. -Fencing Repair completed, post replaced, sagging addressed, BUT dislodged two panels further down the fence...basically, dno ue diligence in checking their work and unintentional impacts. -Minor debris left behind, did not impress. NO SHOW for original estimate request... insisted they had provided an estimate already! They wrongly a**-u-med the address they went to coincidentally on same day was mine (different project)! Attention to customer care missing... Rule #1: NEVER argue with customer / client, specially when you the contractor are wrong! Would not process through Angi Pay, because they are afraid of fraud? Why are they here?

Rafael and his nephew Jaime tried to defraud us. Quoted $ 2600 by Rafael and when tried to confirm and get official estimate from Jaime they wanted to charge$26,000. They then tried to exhort us by saying they had already purchased materials.

Terrific, Rafael was great to work with. He gave me a very good price on Wednesday and the job was done on Friday at noon. They did a quality job and they were on time and ready to work. I would recommend them without reservations.

Rafael called immediately once I asked for a bid through Angi, he and Sara arrived early for the bid appointment, they anticipated all of my questions and concerns, and gave me a bid and timeline at that time. His team had the old deck out and new deck built in two days, all done the right way, and cleanup was perfect. They came back for the final walkthrough and I was, and am two weeks later, still 100% satisfied with their work. Rafael (and team) did what he said he would do. I am already recommending RT Total Lawn Care to people I know with projects.

I can only judge this business by its lack of responsiveness. I don’t understand. I can only assume that businesses sign up with Angi or other sites to develop new customers. I obviously would not give my business to a company that lacks common courtesy.

Very quick response! He gave me an estimate on the spot, some negotiation, and I agreed. That was Friday, fence posts installed on Saturday and fence completed on Monday. I am thrilled! Amazing to work with and I will definitely work with him in the future and refer them to friends and family! Very satisfied!

Rafael was great. He came out the next day and measured the fence distance and gave a quote on the spot. I tried to get quotes from other businesses, but they either dragged their feet on a quote or required a large up front deposit (RT Total Lawn Care only required payment upon completion). The fence looks great and is exactly what we wanted. My wife and I couldn't be any happier!

Raphael responded by phone immediately upon request then came out and gave me an estimate the same day. He and his 2 workers built my fence in 1 1/2 days within a week of my estimate. His workers involved me in the process, making sure I was getting what I wanted. The fence and gate are beautiful. It is exactly what I wanted and I would highly recommend them.
