When done, RT’s crew did a thorough clean up and Rafael and Sara came back to do a walk through. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to working them on other projects. "Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."

His crew worked hard and made our fence straight and strong in spite of obstacles - they cut stumps, jack-hammered boulders and removed debris, etc. The fence is lovely and strong. When the team comes though it's like they can read my mind and then some. Every time they do a job on our property, it's finished better than I wanted it and I'm pretty particular about what I want. In fact, I just asked for an estimate on storm damage to my fence. Even though I hired them as landscapers, they are so fastidious that I had to see if they would be willing to do other things for the house. But back to the initial landscaping, my backyard was transformed from a spacious but uneven, boring mess into a magical, balanced space I'd be perfectly happy to have a wedding at.
