Shout out to Victor (not Frank) -inside joke. Victor was my first ERGEON contact on the phone and video call to go over what I wanted for my fence. Victor is friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. I appreciate his patience and help in putting the plans, estimate and contract together. Additional thanks to Jennie the project wrangler. Jennie, via phone and texts, stepped in for her part of the fence process and showed great patience with me after I had received last minute fence ideas by my house mate causing a stall of the project and me second guessing what I wanted for my fence. "Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
