"Hired them to remove leaves weekly, from my elderly fathers yard. Amazing customer service, quick to respond, very accommodating, they do great work. My Father sends me pictures every week and it looks very tidy. We'll use them out there next summer for additional clean up as well."

"Recurring lawn maintenance. Before contacting this company I had attempted to get 2 other companies out to give me a quote. I used the request quote and left messages with these companies, only one of which responded but never came out like they stated they would. After talking this over with a rep from Angi.com, they had provided Javier's company as another option. I received a call from Javier within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with Angi.com, and he showed up at my house the same day. I accepted the quote and Javier was able to do the work a few days later. The first service consisted of complete leaf removal, lawn mowing, and bush trimming, and due to the amount of work needed (1/4 acre lot with 5 oaks, 1 pine), cost $350. His team did a great job of taking my neglected yard and turning it around. I will be using his service for recurring lawn maintenance."

"Absolutely 100% amazed with Ramone and his crew!!! My backyard is completely transformed!! He gave an absolutely amazing price and didn't raise it when he realized it was more work than originally thought. He came to me anytime something would cause us to go over budget and worked with me to keep within budget while still getting the work done. I wish I could afford to pay him more and keep him on to fine-tune the yard now. You can not go wrong with hiring RR Landscaping!!!"

"I was very pleased with the very difficult job United Landscaping and Construction Company did of removing a very large tree trunk along with its multiple large underground and on top root system. There was a rock wall along with a rock trim they had to remove along with a small piece of concrete. They then had to put it all back together again after they removed the stump. They did a perfect job. It was a lot of hard work so the price they quoted was fair."

Hiring a leaf removal company is a reliable way to get rid of a lot of leaves in your yard. Some companies offer a full range of yard cleaning services, while others may only haul away the leaves you gather and bag yourself. If you prefer the DIY route, you can try mulching leaves with your mower, using a leaf blower to collect them, using a leaf tarp to bag them, and more.
Leaf removal costs between $400 and $1,000 per acre on average. Nationally, the cost of leaf removal averages about $350. Cost factors for this project include lawn size, leaf removal method, tree density, location, and the time required to do the job. If your lawn removal service charges based on lawn size, you can expect to pay $0.02 to $0.10 per square foot.
Removing leaves from your lawn and yard has a few benefits. Leaves that cover your lawn over the winter can block sunlight from reaching your lawn, smothering and even killing the grass. Leftover leaves in your yard can create bare patches that you’ll need to reseed in the spring to return the grass to its former glory. Hiring a leaf removal company can save you time and labor, especially if your lawn is large or you have a high density of trees dropping leaves in your yard.
Whether you hire leaf removal done during the spring or fall or both, it’s often a good time to have the leaf removal company tackle other projects if they offer other lawn services. Other projects to bundle with leaf removal include:
Junk removal: $60–$600
Mowing: $50–$200
Weeding: $70–$150
Mulching: $75 per cubic yard
Hedge and tree pruning: $75–850
Lawn aeration: $0.10–$0.35 per square foot
Garden cleanup: $45–$75 per hour
You should hire a leaf removal company if you don’t have the time or tools to keep up with the leaves falling in your yard. Hiring leaf removal professionals will free up your time to take care of other household priorities, plus they will clear your lawn more quickly and efficiently than using DIY methods. Be sure to contact leaf removal companies at the end of summer to secure a scheduled visit in the fall, and shop around to get a few estimates and compare pricing.
