I had called all the National outfits that then give my needs to their clientele. I contacted (30 miles away) Pristine on Friday evening and had an appointment for Monday morning at 10:30am. While the technician was here plumbers I hadnâ t contacted started calling for an appt date. By noon my problem was solved! I canâ t recommend Pristine Drain any higher! They are the best!

Michael came out and spent half a day to try to unblock our backed up side sewer, he snaked and jetted it to find our pipes were completely broken. He worked with the City to get them to take the responsibility that was theirs and got our portion repaired and replaced and got us back up and running. He is fair, honest and very nice to work with. Lots of knowledge in the field and explained every step of the process the whole way through. THANK YOU

Well when you buy an old house make sure you take a look at the sewer because that could be very costly. I got to see what inside the sewer look like and that it was in fairly good shape.

Professional and honest service. Michael is the sole proprietor of this local business. He knows his stuff but will not try to scare you into buying more than you need. We paid him to come out and give us a thorough diagnostic of the problem with our sewer pipes. The price I paid for him to diagnose my pipes was fair and I hope to hire him to do the actual fix.

Gave me suggestions on things to be done to prevent backups from happening in the future. the price given to me at the initial phone talk was same price at the completion of job. Mike was very upfront and honest about the work needing to be done. No extra hard sale on things that was not needed. Overall a very satisfying experience.
