"This company, and more specifically, Salvador gave me a call because I was searching on Home Advisor for a plumber to fix my clogged kitchen sink. I already had another company come out to give me a free quote on the work, but the technician (from the other company) who came out ONLY wanted access to my crawlspace to check for a "belly" (sagging pipe) in the pipes under my house, and quoted me over $350 JUST to snake my drain and said "I cant guarentee it will fix the sink". All other drains in my house were working properly, and since the access to my crawlspace was so limited and under house work was so expensive, I turned them away. Then came Salvador. He was punctual, polite, used proper Covid precautions, and assessed my plumbing situation. He told me what he thought was going on with my plumbing, and offered a quote SIGNIFICANTLY less than the previous company's quote, so I had him start work right away. He fixed my clogged drain, tested the sink, cleaned up his work area after his work was finished, and accepted payment once the job was done. I will ABSOLUTELY hire him again if I am ever in need of plumbing services in the future. 5-star service all the way around!! ð"

He has 26 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and skilled at using the camera. I've been doing remodeling for 30 years including plumbing installation (drain pipes, copper water pipe repair and installation). In addition to using the electronic locator, he also went old school in using witching sticks to confirm the location of the pipes."

Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line.
