We promptly called the company who sent an employee out the next day and fixed it. We all make mistakes. So nice to work with a company that simply owned up to it, corrected it, and did not push back on us. Despite the mistake, we will choose them again for our plumbing needs."

Anticipating a few days wait, I was so happy to have the team show up the next morning for an estimate for our plumbing and basement work.
